Dr. Kalamari

Meet Dr. Kalamari a mad scientist who specializes in genetic splicing. Once he was an ordinary man and an extraordinary and renowned scientist then it was revealed that he had been crimes against humanity and nature. He had been abducting homeless people especially children so he could splice their DNA with various animals. After he was discovered he fell into a vat of genetic altering ooze which mutated him into the state he is in now.
